FAQ

Right, here's a few things about khaos you might want to know about. I'll try to get a cast section up here at some point, but no promises.

On to the questioning!

What's up with the name Khaos? Why did you choose it?

I didn't actually name the comic for several months, but I was looking back through the old stuff and saw a page where everyone was deciding a name for their band. Amber comes up with the name Khaos, and I thought “damn, that's just crap enough to work”, and there we go, the comic had its name.

There are so many re-do's of this comic, what gives?

Well, I started this comic a little over two and half years ago. I began just writing it because I could, with no plans to put it online. The comic was mostly for my friends to read, so they didn't really care about plot/art work etc. so when I finally got around to putting the original online, I had got up to 300 strips worth of Khaos. After a while I realised that the old stuff was so crap, and the plot just as awful, that I redid it. And the same goes for the new version, the plot holes just started appearing, and bugged the fuckery out of me. So I started again.

I've read all of the comics including the old stuff, and none of it makes sense. Like does in the old ones, but its completely different in the new version.

Let me make this clear, in each version of the comic, the characters stay the same, but the plot changes completely. This is because the thing I was the most unhappy about in the older versions is the plot, so it has to be changed to make me happy. So read each version as though it was a completely different comic because they contradict each other quite a lot.

What's the deal with all the gay people? I mean come on, they can't ALL be gay.

I agree with you on that one there, I don't know how it happened, but somehow I managed to make all my characters gay. This was another reason for the redraft, because by telling each story separately, it's less like everyone's gay, but more like certain people are. Also, its not all gay, some are Trans-gendered, some are homophobic, and some just want to hump certain people. See, not all gay.

You have so many gay people in your comic, are you gay too?

I consider myself to be genderless, as in I don't care about gender. But my opinion runs that gay guys are hot, lesbians are hot, and trans-gendered people need love, more so than “regular” people even. I'm trying to show people that it doesn't matter, and you should just enjoy love for what it is.

I love your comic/characters and I have my own site, could we do a link exchange?

I love swapping links, so mail me, and I'll see what I can do.
