Jamie’s angst now comes in spreadable form. This is the first time I’ve drawn a jizz close up, turns out it’s rather hard to do. I hope it’s clear what is occurring exactly in this page, I didn’t want an over explicit, potentially fan service page, instead of the emotional wreckage that Jamie is dealing to himself.

I hated putting “Normal girl”, but that’s something Jamie would think, not a opinion of mine. The term currently accepted as correct is to call a non trans person cisgendered, but Jamie wouldn’t know that. Using normal to refer to non trans people isolates trans people, making them sound different, wrong and abnormal. Trans people may be a statistical minority, but that doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with them, and our language should reflect that. If you read this comic, I’d like to think you understand that.

Alex tapes up another box of transformers with a sigh. It’s moving day and he’s still got boxes and boxes of things to sort through before Bill arrives with the van in the morning. They had enough money to hire a company to move everything for them, but Tom let loose that they’d have a lot of boxes to move and all the roadies piled in with offers of help. Alex being Alex, soft spoken and terrified of causing offence, couldn’t turn them down.

He could ask friends for help, but they might break something, or even worse, find something he doesn’t want to be found. All the sex toys have already had their batteries removed just in case, and put in the sturdiest box, with some underwear thrown in the top covering them.

Then wrapped with layers upon layers of tape for good measure.

Alex loves his friends dearly, but Charlie will always be a nosy cow who considers nothing sacred.

Moving was supposed to be an exciting thing. Alex has a new job, closer to London and closer to an airport so it’s easier for when Tom comes home. It’s a move up from a flat to a house, which means no neighbours to worry about underneath and above them, sneaky gaming until four in the morning, an honest to god garden that Alex has no idea what to do with, and a home studio for Tom so that maybe, he won’t have to go away so much.

Alex tries not to be clingy, really tries, but when Tom’s away he misses him like air, and anything that means he can be at home more is fantastic. He’s taken a few weeks off to help with the move, though they’ve spent most of it having sex and not packing as they’re supposed to.

Alex may have issues with telling Tom how much he missed him, but Inner Alex, the perverted sex maniac living inside Alex’s head shares none of the insecurities. He’s shown Tom how much he wanted him home on every surface of the flat, and then some. Their neighbours probably hate them now but he can’t bring himself to care as they’re moving out so fuck it.

He’s sent Tom off into the bedroom to sort out the clothes, figuring that there isn’t much Tom can do to damage those. For the first time in his life Alex is resenting his transformers collection. The sheer bulk is taking a lot of time to pack, and he can’t let anyone else do it.

Tom gets the simple jobs, like taking clothes off the hangers and putting them into plastic bin bags. Alex has also heavily encouraged Tom to throw out any jeans with ‘too many holes’ in them. Alex likes the scruffy ripped to shreds jeans, with all that skin and tattoos showing through, but if Tom wears them it means other people get to see all that delicious flesh and that’s just not on. Alex understands Tom has made a career out of looking desirable and playing music that makes him ever more desirable, but he’s allowed to be a little bit possessive.

Tom doesn’t know the reason why Alex hates the holey jeans. Alex doesn’t think he should mention it in case Tom takes it the wrong way and does his next gig in his boxers. Alex has him convinced it’s something to do with keeping up appearances, and he’s going to leave it at that.

Tom tried to convince Alex to throw some transformers out, but Alex shut him down with a look that belayed any arguments. Sometimes Alex wishes he could let go of some of them, fastidiously bubble wrapping his collection from G1 to present day is starting to look like an insurmountable task. It doesn’t help that he keeps stopping to transform each one, letting the clack of plastic bring back memories of when he received them.

He’s saving the Fortress Maximus original that Tom got him for his birthday a few years back for last. It screams of Tom choosing the oldest, biggest and most expensive thing he could find, but that Tom went to that much effort on his account makes Alex’s chest feel warm and tight.

He’d burst into tears on the spot after opening the box. Tom’s panicked face was worth the humiliation, and now he remembers the day with fondness, a proof that maybe Tom cares about him as much as Alex does.

“Hey, I think there’s something of your mum’s here.” Tom calls out from the bedroom, breaking Alex out of his thoughts.

“Hmm?” Alex gets up from his awkward crouched position as he tries to sort all the beast wars toys into one box and wanders into the bedroom.

“It’s a uniform, I figured it was your mum’s or somethin’.” Tom waves his hand behind him where he chucked the bag. He continues rummaging deeper into the piles of clothes, bent over, ass showing obscenely through rips in the jeans. It’s his most scruffy pair.

I bet you could fuck him from behind in those without even taking them off. Just rip them open more, press him to the floor and squeeze inside. Then he’d never be able to wear them in public again.

“Oh, no, that’s mine.” Alex says, picking up the bag and inspecting it, ignoring Inner Alex’s attempts to distract him from packing. He pushes his glasses up his nose, a recent addition to his face thanks to years of sitting behind a computer screen, and peers inside. The uniform is dusty and old, but irritatingly familiar.

“Why would you have a uniform?” Tom looks over, confused expression complimented by random bits of hair poking out at odd angles.

Like that time you got come in his hair after splashing it all over his face.

“I did cadets as a kid. Only for about a year, not quite my thing.” ‘not quite my thing’ is an understatement at best. Alex holds the camouflage shirt up to his chest while Tom looks on. “Huh, probably still fits. Trust me to not grow in ten years.” Alex grins self depreciatingly. He looks up to see Tom leering at him.

“Uniforms, really? Does your depravity know no bounds?” Alex rolls his eyes.

Pfft, like you can talk. You’d love to see him bound to a chair for an interrogation.

“What else is there?” Tom asks, moving to grab the bag and rifle through it, grin belaying his excitement.

Alex remembers his time in the stupid frumpy green thing, how much he hated it, how the other guys looked tall and powerful in it while he fell… short. “It’s just some trousers and a beret. It’s not exactly the sexiest uniform in the world.”

Also creepy because your mother wore it. Maybe something formal with silver buttons, and leather gloves Tom can lick, and suck, and swallow down like a good boy-

“It has boots! Come on, try it on, I’ll be the judge of how sexy it is.” Alex knows he’ll look like a kid in his Dad’s clothes- well his mother’s in this case, but the same theory applies. He doesn’t want Tom to laugh at him, he has a hard time feeling attractive enough compared to all the other beautiful people that must throw themselves at Tom daily, he doesn’t need another punch to the self-esteem.

We have lots of time! Stop feeling sorry for yourself and put the damn thing on, if it makes Tom hot you get to fuck his brains out and make him forget everyone else!

“We’ve got to pack the rest of everything, we don’t have time to indulge your new found fetish!” Alex snatches the bag back. The heavy boots inside clunk together and the bag strains.

“It won’t take that long, come on, I want to see what you look like in it.” And that’s the killer really, Alex will do anything to keep Tom. Because if he can’t be beautiful, he can at least do everything Tom says and then maybe he’ll stay.

Alex sighs and grabs the camo trousers at the bottom on the bag, getting himself ready for humiliation. His shirt is black so he decides to leave it on, but unzips his jeans and lets them drop to the floor.

Tom lets out a wolf whistle. “Commando, nice.”

Alex blushes. “Shut up, I packed all the boxers yesterday.” Alex mutters as he steps into the trousers and zips them up, minding his dick as he goes. They’re a bit tight but still serviceable. The beret goes on, shoved on at an angle, covering short cropped blonde hair. A deep breath and he turns to face Tom, fake bravado covering nerves.

“Satisfied?” Alex asks, hands on hips.

“The boots too.” Tom holds them up towards Alex.

“If you want them, you put them on me.” Alex is fed up with this game, he wants the humiliation to be over already. Inner Alex has quieted down as he realises how serious Alex is.

“My pleasure.” Tom purrs, moving in like Alex is prey. Alex scowls at him, unsure of his motives, but he sits down on the chair in the corner anyway. Tom swaggers over, boots in one hand. He drops to the floor in front of Alex, looks up at him with a cocky grin, lip rings glinting before looking down and proceeding to help Alex into the boots.

Inner Alex chirps in with how easy it would be to just tug on Tom’s hair and distract him from the uniform with a mouth full of dick, but he stays still and cooperates as Tom puts the boots on him. It’s trickier than they both expected, but they get them on and laced eventually. When he’s done Tom leans back on his heels and appraises Alex, smirk widening the longer he looks.

Alex knows what the look in Tom’s eyes means and finds it hard not to react. The lusty appreciative glance, the licking of pierced metal lips. Alex’s sexuality has always been a reactive one, never initiating sex in case it’s unwanted, but responding to other people’s desire.

Inner Alex has a list of orders, starting with ‘Lick my boots’ and ‘Jack off in front of me until you come in your smutty ripped jeans’.

“You seriously have no idea what the army is like.” Alex scoffs, trying to ignore the combination of Inner Alex and Outer Tom.

“Not in the slightest. Want to show me?” Tom scoots forward, resting inked forearms on Alex’s camo knees. Looking up, imploring. Alex is turned away, but his face is flushed red. Tom’s face is flushed and hopeful, practically begging.

Show him how good soldiers address their commanding officers.

“You couldn’t handle following orders.” Alex isn’t looking at him. If he looks down he knows he’s going to get hard and then Tom will get what he wants, and their stuff will never get packed.

And Alex might not be able to handle giving the orders he wants to give. He knows first-hand that Tom likes it when Alex takes over, but Alex is terrified of the one day he’ll take things too far, let Inner Alex out too much, and Tom will run screaming.

But he hasn’t done yet, and Tom started this military kink thing. If he wants it to stop he knows how, and he’s begging so prettily…

“Nope, and that’s what makes it so fun. Come on, scared you won’t know what to do with me, sir?”

Oh you son of a fucking bitch! Inner Alex shouts.

Alex lifts his booted foot up to Tom’s shoulder and shoves, sending Tom sprawling onto his back on the floor. Tom yelps and goes to sit up but Alex is already out of the chair and has planted his boot in the middle of Tom’s chest holding him down.

That’s more fucking like it!

“I know exactly what to do with know-it-all, disrespectful little shits like you.” He snarls. Tom’s won, Alex has snapped and let inner Alex take over. They’re going to have kinky military sex, and fuck it, if he’s going to do it, Alex is going to do it his way.

“And what’s that, Sir?” Tom smirks, putting his arms behind his head and looking up like he’s still in charge.

“Whatever I fucking want. Now give me twenty push ups.”

“Push ups aren’t hot!” Tom protests, trying to sit up but is held in place by Alex’s boots.

“Want me to make it forty?” Alex removes his foot from Tom’s chest and uses his toe to flick Tom over onto his side. “Now get fucking to it.” Alex could just order Tom to suck him off, but that would be too easy. It’s very hard to punish someone who gets off on being punished, so Alex is going to deny him what he wants and make him work for it.

Tom moves to his front muttering. “I wanted a hot fuck, not a drill sergeant.”

“Maybe you should keep your mouth shut and concentrate on doing some fucking push ups then. We earn our fucks in this army, soldier!”

“Fine, asshole.” Tom starts to heave himself up, tattooed arms rippling with each push. He’s wearing a vest and those fucking jeans that are so ripped they don’t count as jeans any more. Alex circles Tom, watching him exert himself.

Yes, look at him work hard to earn your cock. He must want this so bad…

“And twenty!” Tom moves to get up but Alex pins him with his boot again, shoving him face down into the floor a bolt of arousal from the power he has over Tom rushing through him. Alex knows he shouldn’t find this as hot as he does, it’s too easy for him to actually hurt Tom, but he does anyway. “Oh come on! I did your stupid fucking push ups.”

“You didn’t count them for me, start again from the beginning, this time properly.” Alex smirks. Inner Alex is pushing for control, being the sadist bastard he is. It’s not often that Tom shows that he wants Alex to take control and let his darker side come out to play, so Alex is finding it hard to stop the flood gates now that they’re open.

“Fuck you! You’re just using this as an excuse to be a cunt to me!” Tom suddenly rolls over, grabbing Alex’s leg and pulls him down onto the floor. They tousle for a few minutes, wrestling on the hard floorboards, each attempting to gain control. It’s a dirty fight, each of them groping, biting and grinding, aiming to distract and gain the upper hand.

Alex wins eventually, using a well-placed downward thrust of his hips, combined with a choke hold which makes Tom arch up and submit in the hope of getting fucked.

“I think you need to learn how to address a superior officer.” Alex smirks. He straddles Tom’s chest, pinning his arms down with his legs. Tom’s face is flushed and sweaty from exertion, mouth caught between a scowl at being beaten and a smirk for getting what he wants. Alex’s shoulder stings from a nasty bite, but that just adds to the mix of adrenaline and arousal, and makes him feel like being meaner.

Time to teach him his place. Inner Alex chuckles darkly.

Just want to clarify once again that Jamie’s opinions are not my own, and that his questions in this page are of someone who has no experience with trans issues making guesses using only what the media has half informed them.

If Jamie dates Charlie, he could still consider himself straight, it’s only a silly label any way (though try and tell him that :p). But dating a trans woman does not make a man gay. It can bring up previously untouched issues and it’s very much up to the people involved how things work.

On a more sober note, I’ve received a lot of comments about Jamie not saying what he saw on Charlie and Tom which lead him to believe that they’re trans.

As the author, I’m not comfortable with having a character basically listing a set of trans “tells” in the comic. I could sit down, write a list and have Jamie reeling off all the potentially masculine things about Charlie; but the entire concept of doing that feels offensive, transphobic, potentially triggering and not particularly relevant to the story as a whole.

If it’s not clear, I’m not Jamie and I don’t think these things.

Also, people keep asking me about Charlie’s boobs. I could go into much detail on the construction of false breasts, but I think I’m going to leave it to audience imagination, lest it starts to look like I care a little too much…

Off to Sunny Con in Sunderland tomorrow, also to visit my Aunt and her 6 strapping young boys. Wish me luck, the last human child I spoke to was over a year ago.
